How can I make a reservation?
For Nightly / Weekly stays, you can make a reservation anytime, online.
You can also give us a call to book your stay and our team will be happy to assist.
For Long-term stays, give us a call and we will take care of your reservation.
What are check-in and check-out times?
RV Sites: Check-in 1:00 pm | Check-out 11:00 am
Cabins: Check-in 3:00 pm | Check-out 11:00 am
Can I choose my site?
We offer a site selection option for a $25 fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
For Nightly / Weekly stays, you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled before 48 hours of your check in date. Reservations cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will not be refunded and paid amount cannot be carried over to a future stay.
For Long-term stays, In the event of cancellation, $100 is non-refundable. $150 will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days from arrival date. If cancellation is made within 30 days, no refund will be issued.
Are Pets allowed at the resort?
Yes, pets are welcome. Dogs must be leashed at all times, supervised by an adult, and cleaned up after. A maximum of two dogs per site is allowed, and aggressive or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
How many vehicles can I have at my site?
Each site allows one RV and up to two vehicles.
For Nightly / Weekly stays, additional vehicles are $5 per day.
For Long-term stays, additional vehicles are $25 per month.
When is payment due for my booking?
For Nightly / Weekly stays, a deposit of one-night’s stay is due at time of booking and the remainder is due upon arrival unless the booking is made within 2 days of the arrival date. Then, payment in full is due at time of booking.
For Long-term stays, site fee and electric is due on the first day of each month.
Are campfires allowed?
Gas/Propane fires are allowed.
Wood fires are not allowed.
Please follow fire bans or restrictions issued by local authorities. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control.
What is a long-term booking?
A Long-term booking is a stay of 30 days or more.
What is included with a long-term booking?
- Monthly rates included on RV site for two adults and two children. Additional fees apply for extra occupants.
- Access to electricity, water, sewer. (Electric billed separately)
- Use of resort amenities.
Do you conduct a background check?
Yes. For the safety of all our guests, we conduct a background check for long-term guests.
The background check fee is $35 for a single applicant and $55 for a couple. The fee is due upon booking.
